Moto G5S, G5S Plus with Android Nougat, 3000mAh battery launched

After a long wait, Lenovo's sub-brand - Motorola finally announced the Moto G5S and G5S Plus. The phones are the successors of the previously announced Moto G5 and G5 Plus respectively. Both the Moto G5S and G5S Plus are built in line with its predecessors and come with several upgrades. The phones will be available starting this month in various countries globally, but will hit the U.S market this fal.
Both the Moto G5S and G5S Plus come in two colour options -- Lunar Grey and Fine Gold. As per the price, the G5S will be available for buying at a 249 EUR, which is roughly around, Rs 18,848. While the G5S Plus comes with a price tag of 299 EUR, which estimates around Rs 22,697.

Moto G5S

Going by the specifications, the two phones doesn't differ much apart from on a few aspects like display and camera. Both the phones are much upgraded version of their predecessors. Moto G5S features an all-metal unibody design and comes with a 5.2-inch display of Full HD resolution (1080p). At the display sits the fingerprint scanner, right below the screen, in the middle. Moto G5S further comes with an excellent battery set up, atleast in comparison with the G5. The new G5S packs a 3000 mAh, wherein the G5 comes with 2800mAh battery. 
As per the performance, the phone is powered by Snapdragon 430 with an octa-core CPU and runs on the latest Android Nougat 7.1 operating system. It comes coupled with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage which can be further expandable up to 128GB via a hybrid microSD card. The 3000mAh battery set up of the phone comes with TurboPower charging technology which the company claims to offer "5 hours of battery life in just 15 minutes".
On the camera front, the new Moto G5S Plus boast an improved camera set up, when compared to the G5. The phone comes with 16-megapixel camera at the rear panel, which is further coupled with f/2.0 aperture and single LED flash. While on the front, the G5S features a 5-megapixel wide-angle selfie camera and is coupled with an LED flash for better selfies in low-light situation. To recall, the LED flash at the front was not present on the Moto G5. So, this is another upgrade the phone gets alongside the battery, design and back camera. The phone further comes with features like the latest Moto Experiences like -- Night Display and Quick Reply.

Moto G5S Plus

The Moto G5S Plus is slightly bigger than the G5S. The phone features a 5.5-inch display with of Full HD resolution. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 with an octa-core CPU clocked at 2.0 GHz and runs on Android Nougat operating system like the G5S. The batter setup remains the same as the G5S - 3000mAh battery.
On the camera front, the Moto G5S Plus comes with dual camera set up which include two 13-megapixel sensors placed horizontally and sitting behind f/2.0 lenses at the back panel. The rear camera further comes with several camera modes. One of them is the portrait mode. It is also capable of shooting 4K videos. While on the front, G5 Plus includes an 8-megapixel camera.
